Our Exchange & Return Policy
Effective January 1, 2021
We understand that it may be difficult shopping online without being able to touch or test the product. Therefore, we make exchanges and returns easy.
We simply ask that customers understand that they must allow at least 4 weeks from their order date (approx. 28 calendar days) for delivery before requesting an exchange or refund.

Exchanges for Defective Products
If your items arrive damaged or defective (i.e.not fit for purpose), we will gladly exchange them, no questions asked, within 30 calendar days of delivery.
If you need to exchange for a different color or item size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for next steps.
Returns for Unused Products
If your items arrive without damage or defect and you've simply had a change of heart, we will gladly accept their return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
All you have to do is have your order number and a picture of the item(s) handy, then send us an email at email@example.com for next steps.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) in a timely fashion.
The refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum of 5-10 business days but no more than 14-21 business days for the domestic and international customer.
ALL EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns must be returned to us in "like new" condition. This means the item(s) must not have heavy wear or appear used/soiled. Also, they must include all original instructions, attachments, and packaging.
At this time, please note that sale/clearance items and promotional gift items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
