How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, we'll be happy to help you do so only before your item has been shipped. Please request your cancellation within 8 hours of the time of purchase. 

Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

How do I change the shipping address on the order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is received and in most cases ship out immediately. Please email us at info@lockntravel.com within 8 hours of submitting your order.

What do I do if I don't receive an order confirmation email?

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours.  Routinely, when you receive a notification email with process and shipment information, you should allow at least 8 - 20 business days for your order/s to be delivered.
